 Power
Station Mini (40W to 1600W) This is the
middle of the range, it is a medium cost option for
people that do not have access to mains electricity
and is aimed to provide power for low power lights,
fans and low power appliances.
The base unit consists of the following:
2 Solar Panel (size 18 or 20W)
1 Charge controller
2 Batteries
1 Inverter
1 Solar Panel Stand to take 2 panels
1 Battery and controller box
The solar panel stand is made of steel with a hammerite
coating to prevent rusting in adverse weather. A pole-mounted
panel can be supplied if required.
The battery box is also made of steel with hammerite
coating. The box has adequate ventilation vents, carrying
handles and is sized to take the largest batteries
being offered with this product. The battery box is
also supplied with output terminals for DC and AC.
The battery’s used is a deep cycle flood battery,
not automotive battery’s.
A number of additional products are in this family,
basically based on more and larger solar panels, more
and larger battery size and additional sizes of inverters.
The solar panel range provided is from 18W to 220W.
The quantity of panels is 2 to 8.
Battery range is sized to fit storage requirement.
Inverter range is sized to meet output requirement.
A wind generator and diesel generator are available
as options.
